The FAODP is offered through the Macomb County Office of Substance Abuse.
FAODP TEST DATES (FAODP form 2009) Note: The FAODP is no longer recognized
as credit toward educational hours for certification.

Register during the month prior
to the exam by filling in the attached FAODP form and mailing it to MCOSA. The fee is currently $50. The
IC&RC exams are given through MCBAP quarterly please contact them at www.mcbap.com to register.

does NOT qualify a person to be certified in the substance abuse arena.
Each person must submit and be approved through a portfolio which documents
